Flat Attack Tire Sealant is a liquid, fiber based sealant and flat preventive you install through the valve of your tire or tube. Once inside, the centrifugal forces of the spinning wheel will throw the Flat Attack out and disperse it in an even layer under the treaded portion of the tire, creating a protective barrier. When a puncturing agent penetrates the tire, the air, in it's attempt to escape, blows the Flat Attack into the hole and seals it almost instantaneously.

Also, once inside the tire Flat Attack will never dry out , as the air inside is so stagnant.  It will only dry out if it is exposed to the outside air.  Flat Attack does not "ball up" or become ineffective, yielding a short 1 or 2 year life expectancy as other sealants do and it is not a "one time try and hope you seal it" like the latex based aerosol sealants.
